At Ecobuild, we are committed to delivering your furniture safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timelines, and charges.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Custom or made-to-order furniture may require additional processing time.
  • Orders are confirmed via phone or email before dispatch.

Delivery Time

  • Inside Dhaka: 2–5 business days
  • Outside Dhaka: 3–10 business days
  • Custom Orders: 7–20 days depending on design and production

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on product size, weight, and delivery location. Final delivery cost will be shown at checkout or confirmed by our team.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver across Bangladesh. Some remote locations may require additional delivery time or charges.

Shipping Costs 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations and products. Our team will confirm eligibility after order placement.

 Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances. We will inform you if there is a significant delay.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours with photos for quick resolution.
